A Bronte Reading List

I don't know why, but i've been wanting to read Jane Eyre for the past couple of day. I believe I was watching Hair Spray with my mother when the father came on screen, Christopher Walken, and he reminded me of the Actor who played The Scarlet Pimpernel (One of my favorite movies). And I started thinking about movies around that time period and for some reason I thought of the movie Jane Eyre. So I went online to look up the movie because I couldn't remember how it ended and when I found out it made me want to read the book. While I was looking up some other books by the Bronte sister, I found some books that I had never heard of like Villette, Agnes Grey, and The Tenant of Wildfell Hall, which sounded really good and was supprised that they weren't made into movie. So now im on a Historical fix again. I believe I shall go to the library tomorrow and try to find these books, wish me luck that they are not checked out! I just had to get that out, so good night!

School

I know, I know, I haven't posted anything on here for a while, but I have an excuse! Its school. I have been really busy lately with my government class and humanities class, I've only been in school for about 7 days but it feels like I've been their for months! Everyone tells you that your senior year of high school will be a blast but what they don't tell you is that its the most expensive year yet! School has basically emptied my wallet. I had to pay for my interior design class and I had to buy supplies, then I had to pay for my clothing class and buy fabric and supplies, I also had to buy a new humanities book because they had run out of the used ones. I also had to go and buy some new school supplies. That's a lot of money and I still have to buy more stuff!
         So far school has been great and I'm really excited for the school year. I have to say that my interior design class and mythology class are so far my favorites. My humanities class is pretty good so far, right now all we're doing is going over what humanities is and how to read our text books.

Fears

   I've been thinking about some off my fears and it seems like most of them are laughable. One fear that I have comes crawling into my dreams. What is this fear you ask? Well its Zombies! Whenever I think about them they make me shiver. Now it's not those kind of zombies you see running around on Halloween, its the ones that are in Horror movies, like Resident Evil. Why do I fear them? It could be because of what they mean, the end of the world. One of my reoccuring nightmares is that I'm running down a dark hallway with my mother, when I turn around she's gone. I'm all alone, the last human left. So I keep running, until I run into a room. The door is nailed shut and I'm in a dark corner shivering from the cold. The door starts shaking and moaning noises are coming from the other side, its the zombies. I'm suddenly in the middle of the room with a gun in my hand and I'm praying, begging god to spare me. That's when I wake up. So whenever I think about them, that's the image that comes up. Another fear is of bugs, not just spiders but any bugs. I also freak out a little bit when a bird fly's over my head. I have no idea when this bird fear came along but I do know that I don't want anything to do with them.
     So its school for me in one more day. I'm excited, I can't wait to get to my classes and see all my friends. The only thing I worry about is if I don't know where the class is ahead of time and that happens to be the case to one of my classes. I've never even heard of the classroom number, does it exist? Other then that school should be fun, fun, fun! Until next time

Day 2

      So my morning started off with a sore throat, fun!! NOT! After I took some medicine, I felt like going right back to sleep but I can't because I now work on Mondays. Monday's were my relaxation days but as off now, no more. When I got to work I was pleasantly surprised, we only had four kids in my classroom and they were the "good ones". Not an eventful day. I was supposed to go to a surprise birthday party for my friend camie but I have no ride their, so I get to stay home. I was hoping to go to Barnes and Noble but that did not happen. So after work I got home watched Total Drama World Tour and Degrassi: The Boiling point. Nothing big happened on either shows today. My day has been really boring. Oh last night I was messing around on Msn and found some fun stuff like numerology, astrology, tarot card, and a psychic test. If you don't know me then you wouldn't know that I love doing stuff like this! It's so interesting and fun to see how accurate these things could be. For my tarot card reading I got a very interesting card today, death! Ahh scary! I did not die today and bad things did not happen to me, other then the sore throat, so I don't know how accurate it was but I don't care, it was fun. Well until next time

First Post

So today I finally went back to Ross to return a pair of shoes for the third time. While I was their I found the cutest pair of shoes but unfortunately they didn't have it in my size. That was the most eventful thing that happened to me today, the rest of the day was spent reading, watching the Disney Channel( I know I'm such a nerd, 17 and still watching the Disney channel), and exploring facebook. Later today I went to Wal-mart and almost bought Keys to the Repository by Melissa de la Cruz, but decided against it because I could probably find it at the library and could buy more then one at Barnes and noble.
          I can not believe that I start my senior year of High school this Thursday! It seems like my summer just flew by and I haven't even done a thing. Probably because I've been working the whole time. I don't feel ready for school to start, I need to go buy some new clothes, get my hair done, buy some school supplys! Ahh, I feel overwhelmed and I haven't even done a thing! Oh and starting tomorrow I start working Monday thru Friday instead of Tuesday thru Thursday, which will be great because i'll have more hours which means more money for Moi!

.P.S. I was looking over what I wrote and it seems I forgot to mention where I work. Well I work at a Day Care and am one of the "teachers" for the 2's and 3's class. They can be pains in the butt, but they are so stinkin adorable! I might post some picture of them soon. Well I guess i'll be signing off now, so see ya later
